Freshmen International Excellence Scholarship

The Arkansas Tech University invites application for freshmen international excellence scholarship for undergraduate students. This is available for students enrolling into any undergraduate program at the university.

However, Arkansas Tech University admits over 12,000 students yearly. On this foundation of admission of students applying for admission in the institution, they are currently rated as one the best. The successful applicants will be entitled to receive the value of the scholarship at the sum of $4,500 for the time of study at university. It is calculated to run for minimum of eight semester or upon graduation from the institution whichever that happens first. This grant is only applicable to main campus of the institution. Generally, the main campus of the institution is located at Russellville.

Also, the awarding organization has made it a law that the grant is only applicable to two terms per year. It is only applicable to two consecutive of fall and spring terms. This however, means that this grant does not apply summer terms of the year.

Eligibility criteria for the freshmen international excellence scholarship

• Firstly, must be a graduating high school senior level as at the time of application.
• Secondly, applicant must graduate with at least 3.25 CGPA from the high school to be eligible
• International students applying for admission into the campus are eligible to apply
• Thirdly, all applications must be accompanied by two letters of recommendation describing the applicant.
• Also, aspirants must be ready to live inside the school campus to qualify for the grant
• Equally, applicant has to make available the high school result transcript as at the time of the application for the scholarship grant.
