TOTAL/NNPC National merit scholarship award 2020/2021 scholarship scheme

TOTAL invites application for qualified individuals of Nigerian universities to take advantage of the 2020/2021 TOTAL scholarship scheme. TOTAL/NNPC National merit scholarship award is open for 100 level and 200 level hardworking and deserving individuals in the Nigerian universities.

 TOTAL/NNPC National merit scholarship award aims to help in the development of education of individuals in the universities. This is a yearly activity of the agency to help promote the quality education in the country. All student applicants must be a full time student of either a federal or state university in Nigeria and must not hold any of such scholarships.

Yearly at the end of the application, student’s applicants will be selected for final stage selection test. This test shall be written within the national recognized centers at the different geopolitical zones in the country. The award is purely on merit as the management does not work with any agent or body to help applicants get the scholarship grant.

Scholarship benefit

All successful applicants after the selection test shall enjoy the sum of one hundred and fifty thousand Naira yearly till graduation. This does not extend after the graduation for individuals with extra year.

Eligibility criteria

• Firstly, must be a Nigerian citizen admitted into any federal or state university in Nigeria
• Secondly, must be either a 100 level or 200 level in any federal or state university in Nigeria
• Thirdly, applicant must score a minimum of 200 in JAMB used in gaining admission into the university.
• Also, all applicants from 200 level must have a minimum of 2.5 CGPA out 5.0 CGPA
• Importantly, must not be enjoying any other similar scholarship as the time of application

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

All the application for this scholarship is online. It is on stages

Stage one:

• All applicants will fill in their personal data and save.
• The next stage is to fill in your contact information.
• After that fill in your state of origin and university information
• Then fill in your result details and CGPA for two hundred level students.

Stage two:

Review your application before submitting. Check for errors in spelling on the information filled.
